Use the address the account was registered with. Passwords are case-sensitive, so let your password manager fill the field if it offers — a mistyped character is by far the most common reason a sign-in fails.

Your authenticator or key
Type the six digits or touch the hardware key. The code changes every thirty seconds, so if one is refused let it roll over and use the next rather than entering the same digits again.

You are in
You land on your account with strategies, positions and balance in front of you. New accounts sit on the demo balance; moving to live trading is something you choose explicitly, and never something that happens by default.
What the account gives you access to
There is no desktop terminal to install and no exchange to connect. Everything below sits behind the same login:
- Assemble strategies by clicking, or drop into the scripting layer when you want to.
- Follow the pairs listed on the platform — BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA and LINK against stablecoin bases.
- Set the caps that stop trading on your behalf: per-trade size, daily loss, maximum drawdown, open position count.
- Leave a strategy running on the demo balance for as long as you want before any real capital is involved.
- Read back every order the platform sent and the exact condition that triggered it.
- Handle billing, and cancel from the same page whenever you decide to.
When sign-in does not work
Use the reset link on the trading platform’s sign-in screen. A single-use link goes to the registered address and lapses after an hour. Give it a few minutes and check spam before asking for another — a second request cancels the first.
Use one of the recovery codes you were given when you turned two-factor on. If those are gone too, write to support from the registered address and we will run an identity check. We will not switch the second factor off on request — that refusal is the point of it.
Check caps lock, and check that your password manager has not filled credentials meant for a different site. After several failures the account is rate-limited to protect itself; leave it fifteen minutes. If it still refuses, reset rather than keep trying.
bitcoinultrax.com is the only address we use. There is no separate "app" or "portal" subdomain, so treat any link claiming to be one as hostile — check the address bar and the certificate before typing a password anywhere. Nobody here will ever ask you for that password, a two-factor code or a recovery code, by any channel. Anyone who does is not us.
Yes, there is a stay-signed-in option — but not on a shared or public machine. Every active session is listed with its device and location in your security settings, and you can revoke any of them, including ones you are not currently using.
Looking after an account that places orders
An account that can trade deserves more care than an ordinary one. Give it a password used nowhere else, leave the second factor on, and put your withdrawal destinations on the allowlist — that last one means funds cannot leave for an address you never approved, even by somebody holding your password.
